Holistic Therapy for Couples Creating Balance In Your Life And Relationship

Many couples who experience a bump in the road in their relationship turn to counseling for help. Some people do not realize the differences between holistic counseling and traditional counseling when they are trying to work out relationship issues.

Traditional counseling often places its focus on the issues the couple brings to the session to discuss, whether they are subjects of frequent arguments, one partners hurt feelings, or intimacy issues. While working on these surface issues is sometimes useful, this approach tends to be little more than a band-aid to cover only visible wounds while ignoring the imbalance between the partners that is the underlying cause of these surface problems.

A couples individual disagreements and communication problems could be symptoms of a much greater issue - one that will never be addressed by traditional counseling. In most cases, when two people are in need of counseling, both the individuals and the couple as a unit are out of balance and need a more holistic approach to help them heal themselves and their relationship.

Holistic Counseling is entirely focused on helping partners reclaim that balance and wellness for themselves and for their lives together. A balanced partnership is one founded upon feelings of love, trust, intimacy, and joy. As such, all holistic therapy will focus on enhancing these aspects of the bond.

The holistic approach is best for two people who feel like their relationship is out of balance, particularly if they believe that their disagreements are a symptom of a larger issue. Relationships lacking in joy, intimacy, or positive communication can benefit from this method. Through holistic therapy, partners can explore these issues and learn new ways of thinking about their bond with one another.

Holistic therapy may particularly appeal to people who find a traditional therapists approach off-putting. Some participants in typical therapy sessions feel like they are being involved in a moderated debate; others even think their partner and the therapist are ganging up on them.

Another big plus of holistic counseling is that it is far less likely than traditional counseling to result in medication being given to one or both parties. Antidepressants, anti-anxiety drugs, and sleeping pills are often prescribed by traditional counselors. Sometimes, these drugs serve only to increase relationship issues problems. They can cause sexual problems or even change an individuals personality to some degree. This can cause yet another rift in an already fragile partnership. While drugs are not inappropriate for every case, many modern practitioners use medication as a first line of defense rather than a final resort. There is no doubt that swallowing a pill is easier than changing a couples worldview or the way that they work with one another.

Holistic therapy is generally not a quick fix for couples problems. However, it will reach down to the roots of the bond to improve the relationship as a whole as well as both individuals. Your Past And Future Are One Regression Therapy

Have you ever had the feeling that no one wants you? Perhaps youre under the influence of an addiction? Do people pick on you? Are you always the victim? What about anger issues? Have you ever had a long term relationship, or something that actually lasted? Perhaps youre at a point in your life where you seem to have everything you want, but theres something missing that you just cannot put your finger on. Does that sound like you? Are you trying to correct the issue but just cannot figure out how to do it? Well then maybe youve never even considered regression therapy. You should really give it a try, simply because it might be the one answer that youve been looking for.

If the Past Life Regression Therapy Center is to be believed, which it is, then Regression Therapy involves stepping into the dark to find the light once again. This is a type of hypnotic therapy where the individual is sent to deal with the past experiences of their life, though they are still fully conscious.

Knowing where we have been in the past will help us during life. It gives us another way to look at life, and even provides us with another perspective on life, which is very important. There is nothing quite as great as understanding our lives and who we are.

Faulty Thoughts is a term that is used widely in the regression therapy community. These are negative thoughts that a person has carried over from their past life. These thoughts can have an adverse effect on a persons life, which is never good.

There is only one person that is capable of getting rid of such thoughts, and that is the person that is responsible for harboring them. A person who is the victim of such Faulty Thoughts has the option of releasing the energy and turning their own energy field into a positive one. How can this be done? A few of the ways are repaying karma, re-patterning, and forgiveness.

The idea of forgiving someone is based on what is known as the golden rule, and can be found in scripture: Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. This means repaying karma by making things right and making things right.

If a person is able to carry such things out, then it would be possible to re-pattern their energy fields. They can do this by practicing things such as tranquility, care, and other things that might be considered positive.

Yes, its probably going to get very tiring. In spite of that, Regression Therapy has been responsible for impacting several lives. Anyone that has tried to go through this type of therapy has found that their lives have become much better, and they are much stronger people. That alone makes it worth it.

While it sounds very helpful, keep in mind that there will be a lot of work involved. It requires a commitment to change like no other! You will need to alter the way you think about your life, and the way that it will unfold.

Productivity is Critical

Ive always been big on the idea of making the most of my time. While I genuinely do enjoy my work, I value my free time even more. After all, I work so hard in order to enjoy the lifestyle that I desire.

I really do my best to stick to my work while Im working. Youd be amazed at how much more youll get done if youre focused the entire time, as it makes a world of difference.

Im going to share a few tips with you that Ive developed as far as strategies go. These all help me stay completely attuned to my work, as once you develop these habits theyll be a lot easier to keep in place.

First of all, make sure that you get an ample amount of sleep. I know that it may be somewhat out of your control, but getting the right amount of rest at night can be the sole difference between a productive day and a waste of a day for me.

My mind simply isnt the same if I havent slept for at least 6 1/2 hours the night before.

In addition to sleep, the amount of exercise that you get is critical too. I go to the gym every day and I find that my best hours are the few hours that follow my workouts because my mind is the most clear at the time.

In addition to that, itll give you more energy to endure through a days worth of hard work. Lastly, it helps you to sleep better at night, which in turn will lead to more productive days.

I would also recommend listening to some music in the background while you work. Find the right volume and make it commercial free, as youre really just using it for background noise, which in turn keeps you focused. This works wonders for me and really gets me into the zone. - 30535

What Is The Point Of Past Life Regression Therapy

When it comes to improving your life and working on yourself as an individual, life regression therapy is actually something that more and more people are starting to use. Past life regression therapy is not some new age technique thats designed to help you revert back to your old ways, but exactly the opposite.

Rather, past life regression therapy is essentially a new way of thinking about yourself and remembering your past life, taking a deep look into your personality and seeing the way that you were. This can be accomplished in any number of ways and the advantages of using life regression therapy are numerous.

Keeping a Past Life Regression Therapy Journal

The first tool to use in your past life regression therapy is a journal. This isnt a simple list of what you ate yesterday, or what you wore last week to the office, or even a place to keep track of your spending. This journal is more complex, more demanding, and requires that you be open and honest with yourself and who you truly are.

Begin your journal by writing down your thoughts, emotions, and even the small events that have happened to you. Keep track of how those situations made you feel, and what you did to resolve or avoid them. But you have to be completely honest with yourself about what you are truly feeling since these feelings will help show you clues about yourself when you begin to look back into your past lives.

Keeping track of how you think and feel about your day to day life will also help you see the patterns that surround you. You can watch these patterns grow, and change the ones you dont like to make you feel better about your life.

Using Meditation

The most difficult tool to learn to use in your past life regression therapy is meditation. It requires a great deal of you, and demands that you trust yourself, and learn to find inner serenity.

Many people begin meditation by using a music CD or DVD that has certain imagery, music, or sound recordings that help them get into a calm state of mind. Meditating correctly can take patience, strength of will and concentration, but once you learn how, you will find meditation becomes easy and restful.

While you are meditating you will find your mind is free to linger on what truly matters to you in life, drifting to thoughts and feelings about friends, family, and even work. When you have come out of your meditative trance, write in your journal the thoughts and feelings you have had.

Why You Need Past Life Regression Therapy

There are many benefits to be gained from past life regression therapy. When you look back at your past and compare it with who you are today, you can find greater understanding. This therapy can help you discover how you truly feel about something, and uncover thoughts and emotions you might not have been aware of. It will also allow your subconscious the ability to help you unlock your true potential.

Past life regression therapy can also help you resolve those issues which have hampered you throughout your life. Perhaps you have unresolved issues with your parents, a sibling or a child; this therapy can help you come to peace with those issues and help you to become a better person in the process.

In the end, past life regression therapy will teach you more than just who you are and who you have been, but will help you change into who you want to be.
