Chakra Balancing And Meditation The Essential Tools

According to the ancient Hindus, chakras are the human bodys main energy centers; they are acknowledged as an essential part of our life force which help keep our mind and body functioning together harmoniously in top-notch condition. Although not physically visible, chakras are associated with our bodys major endocrinal glands (which are visible).

Chakras control the flow of energy into and out of our bodies. This continuous flow of energy within us and between us and our environment is dependent on your chakras staying in a harmonious balance with each other for proper mental and physical health to exist.

Our seven primary chakras each correspond to a particular part of our endocrine system. Everything we experience is intimately related to our chakras.

Physical, emotional and mental stress can cause imbalance in the function of our chakras and when this occurs we feel lethargic or show signs of physical illnesses. This illness is a manifestation that there is something not right about how our chakra functions.

Chakra balancing must be done regularly to maintain good health, just as regular maintenance is important to the proper functioning of a machine.

Importance of Chakra Balancing: Many different methods can be used to keep our chakras in proper balance. The goal of those who want to lead a happy, healthy and productive life is to keep their chakras in perfect balance with one another.

To begin with, people must understand that each chakra has its own different resonant frequency which corresponds to naturally occurring frequencies. These frequencies which facilitate the energy reception and transmission functions of the chakras; otherwise referred to as qi, chi or prana.

When we are experiencing physical illness, our chakras are not non-functioning, but are out of balance with each other. The resulting imbalance in energy flow can create all manner of problems, including exacerbating our state of ill health. Other factors which can cause a imbalance in our chakras are stress, poor diet and lack of exercise.

The balance of your chakras can, happily, be restored; although they will get out of balance from time to time, but this can be corrected.

Tools of Chakra Balancing: The most common tools used to restore the balance of chakras are color, crystals and gems, light, sound and aroma therapy.

Colors: Commonly used colors and their corresponding chakras are red (the root chakra), orange (the sacral chakra), yellow (the solar plexus chakra), green and turquoise (the heart chakra), blue (the throat chakra), violet (the crown chakra) and white for any of the seven primary chakras.

Crystals and Gems: Gems, crystals and stones have been used in chakra balancing for thousands of years. Each chakra corresponds to a different color, as we now know; so the laying of gems or crystals of the appropriate color on the location of a chakra can help to restore balance. This can help the body properly heal.

Gems and crystals reflect light in their colors; the play of light through these gems can restore balance to the chakras by putting this light into the body at the appropriate points.

Light: Light therapy employs light not only on the eyes, but also on the reflex points and the meridian points of acupuncture to restore chakra balance. The broad spectrum of light is very beneficial here, including both visible and invisible frequencies, including those corresponding to the chakras.

Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy is the use of scented candles, fragrant massage oils and bath soaps in order to capitalize on the healing properties and physiological effects of the chemical ingredients of plants? essential oils that make up the base product. Essential oils are able to clean, set free and restore an individuals stability of thoughts and emotions because they can affect a persons mental, emotion and spiritual aspects. Aromatherapy is generally employed to relieve stress, promote physical and mental relaxation, combat fatigue and depression and as an aid to meditation.

Sound: Sound therapy creates chakra-resonant frequencies and produces a sensation of well being using tuning forks, soft music, Tibetan singing bowls and other means. Sound has natural soothing and chakra balancing properties and appeals to emotional response as well. A soothing, beautiful sound fosters relaxation and balance while a harsh one causes an anxious state. Sound can speed up healing and promote a higher state of consciousness.

If you believe in reincarnation, there are ways for you to figure this out today. There are some individuals out there who practice reincarnation as part of their religion, but others are simply curious. Whatever group you fall into, the answers lie in everything you do in this lifetime. Keeping Track of Everything

Now, we know there are a lot of people out there who keep some sort of journal. Whatever its about today, we recommend starting another one for your reincarnation adventure. If you truly believe that your past lives are working against your future, write down everything you do throughout any given day. In the beginning it may not feel like much, but there will be pieces of the puzzles you can pick up when you least expect it.

Start by looking at your life today and see what clues you find. It doesnt matter if youre driving down the road and notice a billboard. The goal here is to figure out what type of a reaction youre having to that situation. It could be about the weather, your kids, the job, a television show, or even a stroll after dinner. When you experience this for the first time, youre going to feel like youre daydreaming. You may see an image here and there, but it could be hard to decipher what is the past and what youre conjuring up that very moment. Remember, the mind can be very suggesting if you allow it to be.

Youve probably seen movies where individuals use some sort of visual stimulus to get started. It could be the flame of a candle or a pendulum, but they are both helpful. If the visual stuff doesnt work, you may want to try and meditate with sound. This could be from music, those audio sounds that help you sleep, or various other tools that are similar.

Have you heard about binaural beats? These are sound waves that shoot off different frequencies in each one of your ears. What it does is allows you to relax and reach the meditation traits of Zen monks. Even though they have been practicing this for years, it could take you minutes to utilize.

While all this is great, you have to find a place that will allow you to meditate properly. Having three kids in the family room, the phone ringing, and you trying to meditate just wont work.

So get yourself in a positive frame of mind before you even begin. Look for a comfortable place to start your meditation and allow yourself to relax the muscles and quiet the mind. You will notice that there will be times when certain thoughts creep in that are somewhat negative. When this happens you just have to let them go. Its going to take some practice, but in the end youll be able to form a positive meditation whenever you want throughout the day.

If you truly believe in reincarnation, the images you get will eventually help resolve something in your life. Just keep in mind that you cant always tell if something is from a past life or your present one. The only thing you do know is that if you log enough information, youre bound to find something that works into your past life scenario.

You may even come to the conclusion that your brother, mother, or father today, was once a part of your life many years ago. However, they may not have been of any relation, or could have been even closer then you are today. Whatever the case may be its unbelievable to think you knew your siblings 300 years ago in another lifetime.

In the end, everyone has their own beliefs about reincarnation. If you choose to do the regression process, most individuals find helpful and interesting information throughout the process, even if they dont believe in reincarnation in the beginning. - 30535
